AEDC’s Preventive Maintenance To Interrupt Power Supply In Parts Of Abuja

Abuja Electricity Distribution Plc (AEDC) has notified customers of its planned preventive maintenance on February 6 and February 8.

According to the Management of AEDC, the planned maintenance on 33kV feeders is an AEDC planned Preventive Maintenance scheduled for Monday 6th and Wednesday 8th February 2023.

The preventive maintenance will lead to power outages in Wuye and parts of Utako.

“The Management of Abuja Electricity Distribution Plc (AEDC) wishes to inform its esteemed customers that the planned maintenance on 33kV feeders L33 & L34 from Kukwaba TS, which was earlier attributed to TCN, was actually an AEDC planned Preventive Maintenance now rescheduled for Monday 6th and Wednesday 8th February 2023.

“The outage will interrupt power supply to customers resident in Wuye and parts of Utako.

“We regret the earlier error in communicating the maintenance origins and the inconvenience the outage will cause, please be assured that it is intended to ensure better service delivery,” AEDC announced.
