The Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) is carrying out a protection trip test at Okene transmission station.
The announcement was made via the company’s official X handle (formerly Twitter).
“Dear Valued Customers, The Management of Abuja Electricity Distribution Plc. wishes to inform its esteemed customers in Okene, Kogi State, that the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) will be carrying out a Protection Trip Test on 60MVA TR1 at the Okene Transmission Station on Tuesday 12th March 2024 from 10 am to 3 pm.
“The areas affected are Isanlu, Makutu, Ososo and Ikare.
“While regretting the inconvenience, please be assured that it is intended to ensure better service delivery.
“Thank you for your understanding,” AEDC Announced.
