Osten Laboratory has announced the opening of applications for the 2025 Graduate Internship Program in Environmental and Petroleum Chemistry.
This one-year internship is designed to provide recent graduates with practical experience in laboratory practices, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
The Graduate Internship Program is tailored for individuals who have recently completed their degree in Chemistry or a related field.
The program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on training in environmental and petroleum chemistry, under the guidance of experienced professionals. The internship will take place in Lagos, Warri, and Port Harcourt, and is expected to last for one year.
To be eligible for the internship, applicants must meet certain requirements. These include holding a first degree in Chemistry or a related field with at least a Second-Class Honours (Upper Division).
Applicants must also be recent graduates who have completed the NYSC program within the past three years, and be 27 years old or younger by January 2025. Additionally, applicants who are currently mobilised for NYSC must be posted to Lagos, Warri, or Port Harcourt.
The internship offers a competitive stipend of ₦1,800,000 per annum, as well as mentorship from seasoned professionals.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to transition to full-time roles based on their performance during the program.
