TVC Labs Opens MentorPitch 10 To Early Stage Innovators

by Geeky Nigeria

TVC Labs is calling for applications to MentorPitch 10, inviting early stage startups building tech enabled solutions to join the next cohort. Applications are now open to founders across Nigeria who are ready to learn from top mentors and scale faster with practical support.

MentorPitch is a dynamic mentorship program that accelerates the growth of early-stage startups by connecting founders with experienced industry leaders. Through tailored guidance, strategic networking, and a structured curriculum, it helps teams refine their business models, scale operations, and build sustainable impact. Whether you are a startup navigating the complexities of entrepreneurship or an angel investor seeking to support high-potential ventures, MentorPitch offers a proven platform to drive innovation and success.

Founders are invited to apply if they have a tech-enabled solution in EduTech, AgriTech, Renewables, Digital Trade, Clean Tech, Smart Cities, SaaS, or Logistics that uses AI, VR, AR, or IoT. Eligible startups should have a Minimum Viable Product with customers and between six and twenty-four months of revenue.

Your company should be operating in at least one Nigerian state and have a coachable team, including at least one female founder, with a minimum of twelve months already invested in the venture. You should be targeting a large or fast-growing market, be legally registered, have raised ₦1M or more from Founder, Family, Friends and Fans, and plan to raise between ₦25M and ₦400M in equity or other instruments by the end of the program year.

Participants gain access to twelve interactive virtual plenary sessions led by high-quality mentors with deep industry experience. Support is personalized across the essentials of building a business, including markets, customers, products, talent, processes, technology, funding, profitability, impact, and investment readiness.

Founders receive real-time feedback on presentations and business plans from mentors and peers, enabling continuous improvement. The program also fosters valuable networking, creating a collaborative environment where ideas are shared and partnerships can form. Along the way, participants build practical skills by learning directly from experienced entrepreneurs and professionals, all within a supportive space that encourages sharing ideas, taking smart risks, learning from mistakes, and finding solutions that fit their startups.

MentorPitch is based on the POEM Framework created by Tomi Davies, a simple tool for understanding and developing technology-enabled ventures. The framework highlights five pillars for building a successful startup: Vision, which captures founders’ core values, beliefs, purpose, and mission; Proposition, which defines the products or services offered to a target customer in a specific market; Organization, which covers the people, processes, and technologies that deliver the proposition; Economics, which assesses how capital is used to fund costs and generate revenues that create impact; and Milestones, which track achievements and progress from MVP through to Series A.

The application deadline is August 31, 2025. Click HERE to apply.
