Plateau SUBEB Chairman Gets Fresh Tenure

Plateau Governor, Simon Lalong has given fresh tenure to Prof. Mathew Sule, as Executive Chairman of the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB).

Lalong announced the appointment in a statement by the Secretary to the Government of the State, Prof. Danladi Atu, on Thursday in Jos.

He noted that the appointment was in recognition of the need to strengthen government machinery for effective policy making and implementation.

Lalong also reappointed Mr Innocent Tirsel as Plateau State Liaison Officer to the National Assembly, Abuja and Mr Moses Kemza as Executive Assistant on Information Communciation Technology and Digital Economy.

The governor had nominated Retired AIG Dorathy Gimba to the Plateau State House of Assembly for confirmation as Coordinator, Operation Rainbow.

All appointments were to take immediate effect.
