Peanut burger is a popular West African Snack, also known as coated groundnut. It is made by coating groundnut with flour, milk, eggs and other ingredients.

Now, if you're thinking, "I can't eat something with peanuts in it," you're not alone. But trust me, this burger is delicious. The peanut taste is great, and it comes through nicely. Plus, the texture is perfect - it's not too crunchy and it's not too soft.

So if you're looking for a delicious burger that's a little different, give a peanut burger a try. You won't regret it!

Ingredients
  • 500 grams All purpose flour (All purpose flour 500g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder (Baking powder 1/2 teaspoons.)
  • 12 grams Nutmeg (12g of Nutmeg)
  • 10 grams Salt (10g of Salt)
  • 100 grams Sugar (100g of Sugar)
  • 850g grams Roasted Groundnut (850g of Roasted Groundnut)
  • 3 Eggs (3 Large Eggs)
  • 1 cup Milk (1 Cup of Milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla (Vanilla 1/2 Teaspoons)
  • 50cl Vegetable Oil
Methods
  1. Mix all dry ingredients

    Mix all dry ingredients in a neat bowl - flour, salt, nutmeg, and baking powder. Set aside

  2. Pour roasted groundnut in Wide Bowl

    Pour your roasted groundnut into a wide bowl and set aside.

  3. Mix Liquid Ingredients

    Mix all liquid ingredients, egg, vanilla, milk and sugar. Then whisk thoroughly.

  4. Add Egg Mix

    Add 3 tablespoons of egg mixture to the groundnut.

  5. Pour Flour and Shake

    Pour two handfuls of mixed flour into the roasted groundnut to which you have added your egg mix, and shake the bowl clockwise or anticlockwise, depending on which is convenient for you. Please do not mix with your hands.

  6. Repeat Process

    Repeat this process until the mixture and flour finish. Continue this process until the groundnut is coated.

  7. Heat Vegetable Oil and Fry

    Then heat your vegetable oil at a temperature of 10 degrees Celsius, then deep fry the coated groundnut.
