WhatsApp Rolls Out Reactions For All Users In Latest Update

WhatsApp has rolled out emoji reactions in its latest update for all users.

Starting from Thursday, May 5, 2022, users who updated their WhatsApp to the latest version will have many emojis to react with when chatting with friends, colleagues, acquaintances, and families.

The CEO and Founder of Meta, Mark Zuckerberg, had revealed on Wednesday that more emoji reactions will be available for all users on WhatsApp from Thursday.

“Reactions on WhatsApp start rolling out today,” he posted on Facebook

“We’re including 🙏 to help spread thanks and appreciation. More expressions coming soon,” Zuckerberg later commented.

WhatsApp had noted earlier (when it announced major changes) that Reactions will allow users to “quickly share their opinion without flooding chats with new messages,

To use the reactions, WhatsApp users should update their app to the latest version, then tap and hold the message they wish to react to, and A pop-up will display with emojis.
