The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) has organised an online meeting with a focus on meters
NERC revealed in a statement via its official Twitter handle that up to 500 people can participate in the Zoom Meeting led by Commissioner, Nathan Shatti.
The meeting, slated for Wednesday, September 16, at 6pm can be joined via Zoom –

On the essence of the meeting, NERC said that the complaints of customers had been acknowledged, and there is need to address the issues directly.
“We have seen all your questions and complaints on meters and metering.
“Now we want to speak directly to those issues. Join us on Wednesday, September 16th at 6pm.
“You can join via Zoom or Facebook LIVE,” the commission revealed an update.
According to NERC, frequently asked questions such as Who are Meter Assets Providers? , How do I get a pre-paid meter? , I have paid for a meter for months and I don’t have
one yet, why? , and so on will be addressed by Nathan Shatti.
