So much is said about the bodacious Cancer. Many have been, by it, consumed. Good men and women, from all ages, races, and genders.
This monster tears down defense walls of immunity that exists within the human body.
Essentially, there are two kinds of Cancer – the ‘gentle’/benign one, which tends to spare us a form of weakness in its chemistry such that we are able to beat it down, and the malignant one, which as implied, is invasive.
Cancer ravages the body, and leaves no room for treatment in most cases. It is dreaded in the American and Asian countries and continents.
As a deadly monster, malignant cancers are a group of diseases that bear death sentences in red ink as they visit.
Developing in almost all the parts of the body, and armed with the ability to travel from one point to another, they pose the greatest threat to life and living.
We know so much about them but can do so little. When it presents, it does without notice almost all the time.
Countries have lost their best public servants to this monster as much as families, friends, colleagues and well-wishers have lost their loved ones.
The Sad Truth
Awareness and therapies seem ineffective, largely because of the health seeking behaviour of the populace.
Living with the disease until it has grown so much to affect daily routine/activities. The best prescription remains regular screening/check-up at screening centres.
Especially with raised suspicion index for those in age brackets predisposed to one or more type of cancer.
Merits that follow check-ups coupled with active awareness exercises are innumerable.
Also, diets assist the body but can as well ruin it. as some of the cancers are encouraged by some diets, a monstrosity simply put.
Conclusion
Eating healthy with vegetables and less processed materials tends helpful.
The future is bright for humanity but cancers seem to have a tent pinched in it. Our best option is preventive.
Take absolute care of yourself, check-up, live longer for all of us.
