Growth4Her, an accelerator that provides women entrepreneurs with the capacity and tools for development has opened its 6-month Investor Readiness Accelerator Program in Nigeria.
The women-centered cohort also extends to Cameroon. Selected candidates will be contacted when they have been selected. Each Cohort is open to a minimum of 15 women and a maximum of 25 women.
Beneficiaries of Growth4Her go through a 6 Months support process which begins with application and selection.
The application portal is open for 6 weeks for every new Cohort. Beneficiaries are expected to answer basic, personal and psychometric questions which enable our expert team to tailor the program curriculum and content to the needs of the to be selected beneficiaries.
Through an application process, they select the best candidates to participate in the Cohort. Cohort sizes range from 15-25 and post-selection last for a 12-16 week duration during which beneficiaries receive: Investment readiness training, Public, Policy Awareness and training, Psychosocial consultations, and Access to various experts through Business Clinics.
Beneficiaries are also introduced to investors and provided with market linkages so as to increase their growth potential.
To be eligible for the Growth4Her Accelerator, your SME must have: Between 5 and 300 employees, Sales between US$35,000 and US$15 million, Assets between US$100,000 and US$15 million, Be a C-Level executive in the organization.
Your SME must also be more than 51% owned by a woman or more than 20% owned by a woman and have one or more women as CEO/COO (President/Vice President).
