At the Great Place To Work 2024 Awards ceremony held in Lagos on November 1, 2024, Wema Bank emerged as the No. 1 Best Workplace in Nigeria.
The Great Place To Work (GPTW) Institute, a global authority on workplace culture, recognizes organizations that prioritize employee wellbeing and promote healthy work environments.
GPTW assesses organizational culture through its rigorous Trust Index Survey, a global standard for evaluating workplace culture, leadership impact, and employee experience.
Wema Bank’s achievement is particularly notable, as it follows its second consecutive Great Place To Work Certification in September 2024. This recognition demonstrates the bank’s unwavering commitment to empowering its employees, customers, and stakeholders.
