To be eligible for the NOVA Graduate Trainee Program (NGTP), candidates must meet the following criteria:
NOVA bank is looking for candidates who have a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, with a minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) grade.
Additionally, candidates must have completed their NYSC and be not more than 27 years of age.
