itel Energy has opened a new Sales and Service Experience Centre in Computer Village, Ikeja, strengthening its presence in Nigeria’s largest tech market.
The new outlet is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to improve customer service, offer better support for distributors, and provide reliable after-sales care.
This development comes as more people in cities turn to solar energy as a dependable alternative. The new centre is set up to serve a wide range of users—individuals, EPC partners, and business distributors. It offers a hands-on space where visitors can interact with the products, ask questions, and get expert advice.
At the Ikeja location, customers can find everything from easy-to-install solar kits to more advanced systems. The store stocks the full itel Energy range, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, all-in-one setups, and other accessories needed for smooth installation and operation.
One of the major highlights of the centre is the access it provides to on-site consultations, product trials, and quick technical help. These services are supported by itel Energy’s growing network of after-sales support, which is already known for its efficiency.
“Customer experience doesn’t stop when a purchase is made—it starts there,” said Olaotan Fawehinmi, PR Manager at itel Energy.
“This new store is built to make it easier for partners and distributors to get the support they need. It also gives everyday users the chance to fully understand and trust the solar products they’re choosing. With up to three years warranty on inverters, five years on batteries, and our Carlcare centres available in every state, we’re setting a new standard for service in the solar industry.”
