The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has disproved the alleged circulation of mathematics question paper scheduled for Today.
The examination body reacted to reports being circulated on social media that its mathematics papers were made available to the public before the due commencement of the exams.
WAEC described the reports as fake, noting that the act is usual for scammers every other examination year.
The twitter user, @iotama22, who brought the report to WAEC Notice, revealed that the leak was in circulation since weekend, according to sources.
The user also supplied the leaked examination papers, which from close scrutiny appeared as WASSCE papers.
However, WAEC clarifies that gullible Candidates are likely to fall victims to these scams, as they are commonly found during examinations.
