How to activate conlog prepaid meter
When your conlog prepaid meter has been registered and commissioned by your electricity distribution company, you should get a meter activation token via SMS within 48 hours (2 days).
If you haven’t received your activation token, you can visit their office nearest to you, and they should fix the issue.
After they have sent the token, go to where the prepaid meter is installed, and perform the following operation on the meter User Interface Unit (UIU)
- If your prepaid meter number begins with 45 or 46, type in your meter number and press enter. Otherwise , if your prepaid meter begins with 04 type #046# and the meter number, then press enter
- Type the 1st 20 digits of your meter activation token, then enter
- Type the 2nd digits of your meter activation token, then enter
To check whether your conlog prepaid meter is activated or not, type in the following code: #030#. If code returns 600492, then meter is activated. Otherwise, you will need the meter activation token to activate as aforementioned.
To display your energy balance at any time, input 009 and press enter.
