Samsung, the smartphone giant, has unveiled Galaxy A53 5G and Galaxy A33 5G as part of its plans to deliver a complete package of the latest Galaxy innovations.
The new budget smartphones promises to offer a holistic mobile experience that’s accessible to more people.
According to Samsung, the smartphones are Powered by a brand-new 5nm processor, coupled with Galaxy’s signature AI camera, expansive and smooth display, and two-day battery life.
The new Galaxy A series also features 5G connectivity, defence-grade security, an eco-conscious, stylish and slim design, and advanced connected experiences.
Both devices support continuous One UI and Android OS upgrades and security updates to ensure the user mobile experience is always awesome.
According to Roh Tae-moon, president and head of Samsung’s MX (Mobile eXperience) division, who spoke on an online event, the budget smartphones affords everyone the opportunity to have technology in the ir lives.
“We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to experience the positive impact mobile technology can have on their lives.
“With the latest Galaxy A series release, we’re making it easier than ever to enjoy Galaxy’s advanced, innovative mobile experience at a great value,” he said.
The price of Galaxy A53 5G is about US$494 and comes in three colors — blue, black and white. It will mostly be available in select markets from April 1.
The Galaxy A33 5G will be available at 369 euros in some European countries, from April 22.
Samsung has called the Galaxy A series the company’s “most popular smartphone category.”
