The Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC) has an app called “EEDC Connect”. It was developed to assist EEDC customers view current bill, pay bills, buy electricity and view payment history, and other services.
EEDC Customers can use the app to report complaints and track complaints status, and also see notifications from EEDC with regards any recent developments.
The app which was initially launched on November 14, 2021 was recently updated on March 17, 2022 with a feature that fixes late token generation and download of payment receipt.
If you are an EEDC Customer, the app will be invaluable to you as it will give you better access to EEDC services on the go, especially when you are unable to visit their office.
Install the official app by visiting Google Playstore. After installing it, Register and obtain a One-Time Password (OTP) which you key in to complete the process.
