FrieslandCampina, a Dutch multinational dairy comapany that supplies consumer products, has commenced its trainee programme for fresh graduates called Graduate Profession Scheme (GPS).
The programme will enable graduates to grow with Nigeria’s leading dairy company while offering a challenging and rewarding experience, great career opportunities, and a fun place to work.
According to FrieslandCampina, being a member of the graduate trainee programme will positively impact personal development, as young Nigerian graduates will be exposed to high-level business operations and saddled with worthy responsibilities from the start and will be supported by a mentor to help push them through.
The Graduate Professional Scheme requires 0 – 2 years working experience, which means fresh graduates can fit in. Although, they must hold a Bachelor’s degree or a Higher National Diploma, and must have graduated with a minimum of Second-Class Upper/Upper Credit, and completion of NYSC is also compulsory.
