Polaris Bank limited has commenced its graduate trainee program 2022 for fresh graduates from Polytechnics and Universities.
According to the Bank, the trainee program will allow qualified entry-level graduates to start their careers in the financial services industry with Polaris Bank.
Polaris Bank stated in its official careers handle, that they are in need of passionate, result-oriented candidates willing to work across their 300 plus branches within Nigeria to build a banking career.

Before graduates can apply, they must have a university degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower. If from a polytechnic, they should have HND (Distinction) from an accredited Institution, and must have completed the mandatory NYSC Scheme and awarded a certificate.
The age limit is 25 years or younger by December 31, 2021, and National Population Commission Birth Certificate is required, as declaration of age is not acceptable.
