Stanbic IBTC has announced the 4th Edition of its Digital Skills Empowerment Programme (DiSEP).
The Digital Skills Empowerment Programme is an innovative initiative designed to equip eligible candidates with cutting-edge digital skills, enhancing their capabilities and competitiveness in the employment market.
This comprehensive program aims to identify, attract, train, and develop talented individuals who are passionate about digital technology.
DiSEP seeks to bridge the gap in digital talent scarcity, supporting the digital transformation journey of Stanbic IBTC Group. Successful candidates will undergo intensive training, preparing them for professional certifications and fast-tracked careers in the digital landscape.
To be eligible, applicants should have a strong interest in building a career in technical fields such as Kubernetes, NET Core, C#, Software Testing and Automation, DevOps, or Java.
Academic requirements include a minimum Second Class Lower degree in Information Technology or Engineering-related courses from an accredited university.
Additional requirements include:
- Minimum of five credits (Mathematics and English inclusive) in GCE, NECO or its equivalent
- Concluded NYSC with discharge certificate in hand
- Clearly stated Date of Birth, Gender, and class of degree
- Age not exceeding 28 years as at the time of application
As part of the selection process, shortlisted candidates will be required to pass an online pre-training assessment.
