The Stanbic IBTC Digital Skills Empowerment Programme (DiSEP) is an innovative initiative designed to equip Nigerian individuals with cutting-edge digital skills.
It offers exceptional digital training, upskilling, and paid certifications to a select group of eligible candidates, entirely free of charge.
Through DiSEP, Stanbic IBTC aims to bridge the digital divide and foster a talented pool of professionals in Nigeria. By providing top-notch training and certifications, the program empowers individuals to enhance their digital capabilities, boost their career prospects, and contribute meaningfully to Nigeria’s growing digital economy.

The ideal candidate is passionate about building a career in technical fields such as Kubernetes, NET Core, C#, Software Testing and Automation, DevOps, or Java. Applicants must possess:
- A minimum Second Class Lower degree in Information Technology or an Engineering-related course from an accredited university
- Five credits (including Mathematics and English) in GCE, NECO, or equivalent qualifications
- A concluded NYSC program with a discharge certificate in hand
- Clearly stated Date of Birth, Gender, and class of degree
Additionally, applicants must:
- Be 28 years old or younger at the time of application
