The Lagos State Government has partnered with MTN Nigeria to launch MyLagosApp, a revolutionary digital platform designed to transform the urban living experience in Africa’s most populous city.
This innovative app aims to simplify access to essential services, enhance connectivity, and improve the overall quality of life for Lagos residents and visitors.
MyLagosApp is an all-in-one platform that provides a wide range of services, including city navigation, real-time traffic updates, discovery of local businesses and events, seamless transportation, and digital payments. The app was developed by MTN’s in-house IT team in collaboration with local developers, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

- City Navigation and Real-Time Traffic Updates: Get real-time updates on traffic conditions and their causes to make informed travel decisions.
- Discovering Lagos: Explore entertainment spots, restaurants, hotels, and local businesses with a comprehensive directory.
- Digital Payments and Government Services: Make payments for government levies, transport services, and other essential transactions effortlessly.
- Emergency and Essential Services Access: Quickly locate nearby hospitals, fire stations, police stations, and other critical services in case of emergencies.
- Business & Employment Support: Register businesses, access funding opportunities, and apply for permits as an SME or entrepreneur.
- Waste Management & Environmental Services: Report waste disposal issues, track LAWMA services, and access environmental policies.
- E-Government & Civic Engagement: Engage with government officials, report infrastructure problems, and participate in policy discussions.

MyLagosApp is available for download on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, with users able to sign up using their email address and additional verification steps for security.
