How To Load Your IE Token (Steps)

Ikeja Electric Hints Customers At Safety

Ikeja Electric (IE) customers that are experiencing issues loading their tokens can now follow the steps outlined by the company.

According to IE, customers that are experiencing difficulty in loading their energy token, should visit the website – https://ie-payments.com/apps/tariff-migration-token/ and follow the instructions.

Customers should ensure the three sets of their tokens are inputted as stated.

Where the 1st set of the token is given, you are to continue with the 2nd and 3rd sets.

Also, In the case of customer vended and tokens not being in the three sets on the purchase receipts, fetch the KCT on IE Website – https://ie-payments.com/apps/tariff-migration-token/.

Token Loading Format

  • Input the first 20 digits and press enter. Meter will display succeed.
  • Then continue with 2nd set of 20 digits and meter will display succeed.

Hexcel Meter

  • Input the first 20 digits and press enter. Meter will display succeed.
  • Then continue with 2nd digits and meter will display succeed.

Conlog Meter

  • Input the first 20 digits and press enter. Meter will display succeed.
  • Then continue with 2nd digits and meter will display succeed.

Unistar

Number Sequence

Token Loading Format

  • Input 4 digits and press enter (display P1 and continue 4/4 digits)

Mojec Meter

Token Loading Format

  • Input the first 20 digits and press enter. Meter will display succeed.
  • Then continue with 2nd digits and meter will display succeed.
