MTN Smart Feature Phone can now be purchased at N7000.
The KaiOS-powered device comes with Wi-fi connectivity, 3G Network, Google map, and a selfie camera.
According to MTN, the Smart Feature Phone has been designed with customers in mind. providing a compact, high-quality device while keeping the cost lower for a smartphone.
The MTN Smart Feature Phone has the following apps at minimum: WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Google Maps, MyMTNApp, FM Radio, Google Assistant .e.tc.
It offers Bluetooth and GPS connectivity and includes other smart services. The phone has two basic cameras, dual-Sim support and a long battery life thanks to a 2000mAh battery. It is powered by the SC7731EF processor, has 2.4-inch screen, 256MB RAM and 512MB of storage.

Recall that MTN had unveiled a one year trial of the first-ever embedded SIM (e-SIM) in Nigeria. Unlike physical sims, e-sims are built into the phone. This means as you purchase a phone with e-sim, you don’t necessarily need to insert physical sim cards.
MTN Nigeria, Chief Operating Officer, Mazen Mroue said that MTN was eager to get through the trial process so that the technology could be deployed for the benefit of every Nigerian.
