Guarantee Trust Bank (GTBank) has called for registrations for the 12th edition of its Annual Autism Conference, themed “Creating A Community Of Awe-Tism Advocates”.
The programme is a 2-day Conference which will hold from Monday, August 29, 2022 to Tuesday August 30, 2022 at MUSON Center, Onikan, Lagos.
Geeky Nigeria reports that twelve years ago, GTBank made it part of their life’s work to be a beacon of hope and an anchor of support for people living with autism and other developmental disorders.
The bank is calling on everyone to be part of their work in raising awareness about Autism, and this can be achieved by participating in the Annual Autism Conference.
At this conference, GTBank will be bringing together some of the world’s leading experts on Autism to share, amongst other insights, how to best support children and adults living with Autism in our communities.
Registration for the Annual Autism Conference is totally free and sessions are open to everyone from Monday, August 29, 2022.
The time for the conference is 9:00am – 5:00pm daily, and mode of attendance can either be Virtual (Online) or Physical (MUSON CENTRE).
If you would like to bring a child for consultation, you can register them to have a one-on-one consultation section with a specialist.
Available specialists include – Speech Therapist, Behaviour Analyst, Physiotherapist, Development Psychiatrist, Vocational Trainer, Educationist, Parent Counsellor.
