The British International School ISAAward has been awarded to Grace Schools Gbagada in Lagos State for the third time in a row.
The Award is conferred by the British Council after completing the International Schools Award Portfolio Assessment of the school’s International work.
Geeky Nigeria reports that ISAAward is intended to honor educational institutions for their dedication to fostering a global perspective and understanding in their classrooms. For schools that displayed exceptional work in foreign education, it is also a badge of pride.
Schools are supported by the British Council in completing curriculum-based projects in collaboration with several international partner schools, as well as through community involvement.
Ms. Nene Ogunade, the Project Officer for Schools Education at the British Council, praised Grace Schools for completing the assessment successfully.
The British Council also advised Grace Schools to use the accolade in all of the school’s marketing and promotional efforts.
It aids educational institutions in discovering fresh approaches to fostering and integrating global education. School inspection authorities highly value the prize, which is offered in 16 nations.
The British Council further advised Grace Schools to use the award across all of the institution’s marketing and promotional channels.
The scheme kite mark, a crucial component of the award and a representation of the British ISA, will appear on all school literature, the school’s website, and other branded materials as a result of its exceptional accomplishment in international work.
Grace Schools’ director, Mrs. Tokunbo Edun, declared that the institution would rewrite the rules to provide high-quality educational services.
According to Edum, creating strong and engaging courses is part of the school’s strategic plan to maintain its reputation as a citadel of learning.

Edun argued further that Grace Schools have a significant advantage in providing superior services and that the institutions have consistently developed holistic learning strategies for their pupils.
She claims that the schools also have a strong plan for developing their human resources, which has led to academic excellence at the institution.
She continued by stating that the primary school component was started in 1968 and the secondary component in 1994. “Despite our long history, we are dedicated to giving each of our pupils a high-quality education. Our main priority is to raise pupils who can compete favorably everywhere.
