The Glovo Women in Tech Bootcamp is a specialised program designed to empower women with the technical and professional skills necessary to succeed in the tech industry. This innovative initiative aims to cultivate a talented cohort of women proficient in web and mobile development.
Through a 12-week intensive curriculum hosted by the esteemed She Code Africa School of Engineering, participants will gain hands-on expertise in key areas of software engineering. The program covers essential courses including Mobile Development using Flutter, Backend Development with Node JavaScript, and Frontend Development with React JavaScript.
Selected participants will receive comprehensive support, including career mentorship, technical training, access to valuable resources, and data stipends to facilitate their learning.
Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will gain access to exclusive job opportunities from partner companies or further career advancement prospects.

Basic Requirements
- Identify as a Nigerian woman or girl residing in Nigeria.
- Fall within the age range of 18-45 years old.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge or learning track record of skills in the chosen track.
- Possess a working laptop and consistent internet connectivity throughout the program’s duration.
- Be able to commit to attending live classes virtually 3 times a week for the 12-week bootcamp duration.
- Be available for monthly check-in calls.
- Priority consideration will be given to applicants who are beginners in their chosen tech tracks.
