Microsoft has rebranded its office suite to Microsoft 365 personal and family plans.
New features have been released to Microsoft’s subscription software along with two new apps – Family safety and Teams for Consumer.
From April 21, Office 365 subscriptions will transit to Microsoft 365 subscriptions at no costs. This would allow 365 Personal and Family to keep the price at $6.99 dollar a month per person and $9.99 dollar for up to six people. Subscribers get to choose annual billing at $69.99 (one person) or $99.99 (up to six people)
Microsoft 365 personal and family subscriptions include popular apps from the full Office 365 suite – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Publisher, Access, Skype and Teams, with some additional features. You also get access on four platforms – Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
Microsoft Editor is a step up from Word. It is included as a browser extension in Outlook. It enables you to write at your best on the the web, and it covers platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and WordPress.
Outlook is featuring a solution in calendars which allows personal account and work join in a cohesive user interface. Joining Personal account and work will give you the chance to import your personal account as you would your Gmail, and view it in line with your work calendar. Thus, assisting you to plan your schedule with co-workers.
Although Microsoft 365 will officially launch on April 21, You can can sign up to now to starting using Office 365, and get some of these features.
