Achievers University, Owo (AUO) has commenced recruitment academic and non-academic staff to move the institution in its next phase of development.

The university has over several positions open for applications. Below are some of the available positions:
Assistant Chief Technologist
Qualifications
- Candidate must be a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any of the Biological or Chemical Sciences plus twelve (12) years experience or Fellowship of the Nigerian Institute of Science Laboratory Technology (NISLT) plus nine (9) years experience.
Guidance Counsellor
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counselling, Psychology or a related discipline with a minimum of five years experience as a Guidance Counsellor in an academic environment, preferably at tertiary level.
- Membership of a relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
Principal Technologist
Qualifications
- Candidate must be a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any of the Biological or Chemical Sciences plus nine (9) years experience or Fellowship of the Nigerian Institute of Science Laboratory Technology (NISLT) plus six (6) years experience.
Chief Technologist
Qualifications
- Candidate must be a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any of the Biological or Chemical Sciences plus fifteen (15) years experience or Fellowship of the Nigerian Institute of Science Laboratory Technology (NISLT) plus twelve (12) years experience.
Chief Security Officer
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with at least 10 years cognate experience in Security duties.
- Thus applicants should have received appropriate training and must have several years of relevant experience in the Armed Forces, Police or any other Security outfit; and must have attained the rank of at least Captain in the Army or Chief Superintendent of Police or its equivalent.
University Chaplain
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and must be an ordained priest of a Bible-believing Church with not less than five (5) years experience in a youth ministry.
Web Manager
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information and Communication Technology, with at least two years experience in a related position, possibly in a research or higher institution.
- Candidates should have analytical mind, detailed understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC), outstanding problem-solving skill, and fantastic content creation/management and writing skills.
- Knowledge of programming language will be an added advantage.
